I find it hard to believe that the President doesn’t have a deegre of some sort. Just checking quickly online, their professors have phd deegres so it would seem as though the President must. President Armstrong, while not mentioning a deegre, does have a pretty substantial resume (from wikipedia):William Lester Bill Armstrong is an American businessman and politician. He is member of the Republican party and was a United States Representative and Senator from Colorado. Armstrong was born in Fremont, Nebraska, March 16, 1937. After attending Tulane University and the University of Minnesota, he served in the United States National Guard from 1957 to 1963.Armstrong was both a president of a radio station in Aurora, Colorado and a banker before he was elected to the Colorado House of Representatives serving from 1963 to 1964; He was later elected to the Colorado Senate serving from 1965 to 1972. Armstrong served as the State Senate majority leader from 1969 to 1972.In 1972, Armstrong was elected a United States Representative to the 93rd Congress. He was reelected to the 94th and 95th Congresses (January 3, 1973–January 3, 1979). In 1978, Armstrong was elected to the United States Senate, replacing Senator Floyd K. Haskell. He was reelected in 1984 and served from January 3, 1979, to January 3, 1991. While serving in the United States Senate, Armstrong was the chairman of the Republican Policy Committee (99th through 101st Congresses). Armstrong did not seek reelection in the 1990 election and retired from his service in Congress in 1991. He is currently a resident of Littleton, Colorado, and now serves as President of Colorado Christian University. Before becoming President, Armstrong was Chairman of Cherry Creek Mortgage Company, one of the state’s largest lending institutions and of Greenwood Capital, also a mortgage banking firm, and Blueberry Systems, a software development company.
